Online-Seminar

  • Strategic and prejudicial aspects
  • Patent infringement litigation
  • Comparison between the national and the future UPC system
  • Update, discussion, networking

This seminar will deal with both the German and the UPC litigation system.

Experts from the German Federal Court of Justice, private practice and industry, will provide an insight into all aspects of patent infringement litigation in Germany from the preparation to the enforcement of the final decision.

On this basis, the seminar will also compare German courts with the future Unified Patent Court (UPC). Thus, participants will also receive an overview how proceedings under the UPC will have to be prepared, litigated and enforced.

Previous experience using the German patent litigation system is not required.
