For you as a lawyer, patent attorney or inhouse decision-maker in a company, it is becoming more and more difficult to maintain an overview and to make an informed assessment on the prospects of success of an intended legal action or legal defense.

The presiding judges of the Düsseldorf patent senates and the presiding judges of the Düsseldorf patent chambers offer you the opportunity to exchange views on current patent law topics at regular intervals.

The introductory presentation is given alternately by one or more presiding judges. This is followed by a discussion with the lecturer.
